Account information: your email address when you sign up or sign in.
Conversation content: the messages you exchange with the AI coach, which we store so you can revisit your history.
Usage data: basic technical information such as device type, browser, and pages visited, used to keep the service running and improve it.
To provide the service: your messages are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate coaching replies, and stored in our database (Supabase) so your conversation history persists across sessions.
To manage your account: free Rewire usage, subscription status, and support requests.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your conversation content to train AI models.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card numbers; payment details are handled by Paddle under its own privacy policy.
Data is stored with Supabase and protected with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
We keep your account and conversation data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@beliefrewire.com; we will delete it within 30 days unless we must retain certain records for legal reasons.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email support@beliefrewire.com and we will respond to verified requests.
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not use advertising trackers.
BeliefRewire is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
